Where can we start We have so many amazing things to say about Jennifer and Anthony. Since that first phone call, Jennifer and Anthony made us feel at home and welcome, I remember the first time my wife spoke to Jennifer we both had thought it was going to be hard to get preapproved. Jennifer mentioned two different mortgage brokers, and eventually, with Jennifer's guidance, we decided to contact Kristine Bredeau, from SWBC Mortgage Corporation. After we had gotten preapproved. Jennifer became part of our family, constantly on the phone setting appointment, Jennifer and Anthony really care about their clients and are dedicated and passionate about finding their clients their dream, home. They are so knowledgeable and we learn so much about what to look for when buying a home. She took her time to explain every detail and aspect of what was not right or good in a home as well as what were the potentials. I have so many amazing things to say I can write a book. Do not pass up on building a lifetime relationship with this couple
We have used Team Sparacino three times now. One for a sell, the second for a purchase, and the third for advice to rent out our home. I guarantee we will use them for a fourth time in the foreseeable future. Their honesty, relentless dedication, and “no-fail mission” approach to selling/purchasing a home is hands down the best within the Tampa and greater Tampa area. As as client, I called Team Sparacino at the beginning of the Covid crisis in 2021 after I was informed my military job would be moving me out of Tampa within 50 days. I asked for an honest opinion if I should sell or rent given our home had increased in value by $20K. Rather than jumping on an opportunity to make a buck, Anthony convinced me to rent it out in the uncertain, Covid market.
